Welcome to Glenbrook Estates Community Site

Glenbrook Estates is a very desirable community. With only 49 homes and a single main entrance, it offers a quiet and friendly atmosphere. It is a well-designed and eclectic community. The homes are diverse in architectural design. The community is well maintained and monitored by practical deed restrictions.

Palm Harbor was supposed to be one of the original towns in the St. Petersburg / Clearwater area, but it is a town in name only. In the 1880s the real estate area was plotted for a city to be named Sutherland. The area changed its name to Palm Harbor in 1925, but the depression kept it from developing into a city and it was never incorporated. However, it is a thriving community with more than 65,000 residents and great natural beauty. Today the city thrives on its small-town charm. Most of the downtown has been restored and many historical pieces are on display in the area’s historical museum. Palm Harbor has three fine arts, crafts, and music festivals annually: The Palm Harbor Arts, Palm Harbor Day in May, and Crafts & Music Festival held in December, and the Downtown Merchants Arts, Crafts, and Music Festival in February.

Palm Harbor, Florida:
Recreation is very popular in the Palm Harbor area. Innisbrook Golf Course is a beautiful, five-time award-winning club where the PGA Tour is held every fall. It has four courses with different difficulties and terrain. If you love to golf, this is the place to live. For the boating and fishing enthusiasts, John Chestnut Park is a beautiful park located on Lake Tarpon. It is a great place to have holiday picnics, birthday parties, or just relax. It offers boat docks, many picnic areas and pavilions, playgrounds, a softball field, and a large dog park. With its lush surroundings and lakeside benches, it is a great place to visit.

Palm Harbor is only a 15 to 30-minute drive to one of the top 10 beaches in the world, Clearwater Beach. Many restaurants are located along the beach, as well as volleyball nets, a playground, blow-up water slide, bungee trampoline, and a beautiful pier. Other beaches around Palm Harbor include Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island State Park, Indian Rocks Beach, and Fred Howard Park. Sun worshipers will love these beaches covered with beautiful white sand…..read more about Palm Harbor
